Gym progress after 3 months. Ive lost about 2 and a half stone, and more than doubled what i can lift. I’m feeling so much better for it, and I’ve definitely noticed positive results personally, socially and mentally too. Proud of what I’ve achieved so far, but still far off my goal!
Here’s a serious advice. Even the nicest people have their limits. Don’t try to reach that point because the nicest people are also the scariest assholes when they’ve had enough.
